Important notice: We are rebranding
As you may already know, from 3 July 2015, we are rebranding to Global Navigation Solutions on 3 July. This will mean a new name and a new logo. We’ll all also be answering the phone “GNS” and have a new email address. You will be able to write to everyone in the company at firstname.lastname@example.org. However, everything that makes us great will remain the same – our service, products and people.
This change to our brand reflects our progress towards providing an unbeatable global navigation solution that operates globally and delivers locally, however and wherever our customers need us. That includes our global network that, with the support of our partners, now supplies paper charts and publications same day to 60 ports in 25 countries and next day to all major ports in 55 countries worldwide.
What does this mean for our customers?
- The good news is that you don’t need to do anything. This change will not affect the service you receive in any way.
- The only change you’ll notice is that from 3 July onwards, our communication with you including your invoices and delivery notes will be branded Global Navigation Solutions.
- There’s no need for you to sign a new agreement with us because only our brand name is changing. Our company name and our bank details are staying the same.
- From 3 July this web site will redirect to a new web site at www.gnsworldwide.com with better resources to support you and other customers worldwide.
The only thing you may want to do is add *.gnsworldwide.com to your vessels’ “white lists” to ensure they continue to receive chart updates and other important product related communication.
